- Planing dites: Concepts of an adequate diet, Principles involved in planning diets, Factors affecting the planing of diet-Availability , Socioeconomic and cultural,Age Sex and occupation.
- Diet in disease: Liquid and soft diets,diets for Dyspepsia, Diabetes and Obesity,High fibre diets: Constipation.
- Meal planning for special occasions: Parties and fastivals
- Meal planning in special conditions expectant mother, Nursing mother,infant and weaning food.
- patient care:Sick bed, qualities of nurse/attendent,other factors involved in patients care.
GROUP-B :Child Devlopment
PRACTICAL
- Infant: physical, emotional, social development from 0 – 1 year, immunization, common Ailments.
- Feeding: Breastfeeding, Artificial feeding and introduction of solid food.
- Pre- school years: Physical, social emotional and intellectual development.
- School age: physical social,Emotional, Intellectual and personality development between 6 to 12 years.
- Adolescence problems of adolescence and delinquency
- Preparing menu for dyspepsia, Diabetes, obesity constipation and nursing mother
- COOKING: Vegitable cultet,pancake, sandwich, pulaon, stuffed Puri,vegetable curry, custard and sandesh
